Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using VRCPulse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. VRCPulse is a personal project, not a commercial product, and is provided on a best-effort basis.

2. Eligibility and Access

Access to VRCPulse requires an active Patreon membership at the Supporter tier or above. Membership may be cancelled at any time through Patreon. Access is revoked automatically when your membership lapses. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse at our sole discretion.

3. Permitted Use

You may use VRCPulse to:

  • View analytics for VRChat groups and worlds you own or manage.
  • Configure the Discord bot integration for your linked Discord server.
  • Access historical data for your own communities.

You may not:

  • Attempt to access data belonging to groups or worlds you do not own.
  • Automate requests in a way that places excessive load on the service or the VRChat API.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute VRCPulse data or functionality.
  • Use the service in violation of VRChat's Terms of Service or Discord's Terms of Service.

4. Data and VRChat API

VRCPulse fetches data from the VRChat API on behalf of users who have registered their groups or worlds. You are responsible for ensuring your use of VRCPulse does not violate VRChat's policies. VRCPulse stores historical snapshots of community data; accuracy is not guaranteed and data may be incomplete or delayed.

5. Service Availability

VRCPulse is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantees. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, due to API rate limits, or for any other reason without notice. We are not liable for data loss or business impact from service interruptions.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are handled entirely by Patreon. VRCPulse does not process or store payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Patreon support. Access continues for the remainder of a paid billing period after cancellation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VRCPulse is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analytics data will be accurate or complete. Use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VRCPulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
